selections, your cake will be entirely custom crafted to your

Our rich dark fruit cakes are made to a traditional recipe with
the very best ingredients soaked in French brandy, and left to
mature for 3 to 6 months before covering in fine almond paste
and then iced and decorated to perfection. |

A wide selection of quality cake designs, baked and decorated
by our professional team of cake decorators to your required
specification. |

Our fruitcakes are made from the very finest ingredients. Brandy
matured we prefer at least 3 months notice. One or more of the
tiers can be made as a Madiera or chocolate sponge. |
